• Products are shipped within 10–15 business days.
• Tracking details will be shared as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping is available on promotional offers or on orders above the minimum order value.

Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact.

Returns

• We do not offer returns, except in cases where an incorrect or defective product has been dispatched by Navdana.

Refunds

• Refunds for cancellations by NAVDANA APPARELS will be processed within 7–15 business days.

Delays & Liability

• NAVDANA APPARELS will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, natural disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances).
