How do I place an order?
> Browse our products, select what you want, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.

What payment methods are accepted?
>We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.

Is my payment secure?
>Yes, all payments are processed via secure payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.

3.Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery timeline?
>Delivery takes 0-7 to 10-15 working days depending upon the garment within India. 

Can I track my order?
>Yes, tracking information will be shared with you once your order is shipped.

4.Return & Exchange

Can I return or exchange items?
>You can exchange items within 7 days of delivery. As of now, we offer returns only if a wrong or defected product is dispatched from Navdana. We recommend to record the product before you open it for easy claims.

5.Refunds

How long does it take to get a refund?
>Refunds are processed within 0–7 business days after we receive your returned item. Make sure you use a trusted delivery partner.

Are the colors shown online accurate?
>We try our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations are possible due to different screen settings and lighting conditions.
